A meeting between university management and young professionals who had arrived at Brest State Technical University for work placements was held.
The meeting allowed the young professionals to get to know the university's management better, discuss their career prospects, exchange opinions, and hear advice from experienced colleagues. Participants discussed job retention strategies, compensation and incentive payments, housing construction benefits, and other issues important to young people.
During the meeting, Evgeniya Vyacheslavovna Chekh, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Construction Organization at BrSTU, held a seminar for the young professionals entitled "Personal Finances for Young Professionals."
Such meetings help management identify the needs and challenges of young people, provide the conditions for a successful career start, and increase the motivation of future professionals.
