On December 18 and 19, 2025, the Department of Accounting, Analysis, and Audit hosted the 19th International Student Scientific Forum "Student Scientific Winter in Brest 2025." Traditionally, the event was organized by the Faculty of Economics and the Department of Accounting, Analysis, and Audit.

This year, the forum was held in a mixed format, which allowed for expanded communication, bringing together students from universities across the world, and enabling a wide range of participants to share research results.

Over 160 students from 15 universities in Belarus, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, and China participated in the forum, including 31 students from the Faculty of Economics of Brest State Technical University.

The forum included sections on the following topics: improving the development of accounting, analysis, and control in modern conditions; digital economy: trends and prospects; Current development trends in the financial and credit sectors of the economy and customs were discussed. An Olympiad, "Knowledge Integration: Accounting, Finance, and Customs," was also held. The forum concluded with a competition of ideas and proposals: "My Contribution to a Sustainable Future."

A collection of research articles will be published based on the results of the student scientific forum.
