On March 10, 2026, a welcoming ceremony for faculty from Brest State Technical University, who are supporting the educational process of the joint educational program, was held in the conference hall of Xinxiang University.

The ceremony was attended by Rector Li Guanghui and Vice-Rector Han Hui, along with staff from the International Relations Department, the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Electronics, and professors and top students from Xinxiang University.

Rector Li Guanghui addressed the event participants with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of the joint specialist training program in strengthening educational and cultural ties between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Belarus, which opens new horizons for interuniversity cooperation and makes a significant contribution to the internationalization strategy of university education.

On behalf of the Rector of Brest State Technical University, a letter of thanks was presented to the leadership of the Chinese partner university.
