Brest State Technical University held its traditional Open Day. The event brought together hundreds of applicants and their parents eager to learn more about the educational opportunities and student life at the region's leading technical university.

The event began with a welcoming speech by BrSTU Rector Andrey Nikolaevich Parfievich. Applicants and their parents had the opportunity to ask the Rector and Deans questions, learn about admissions policies, educational opportunities, and graduate employment prospects. The Rector of BrSTU ceremoniously presented diplomas and certificates to the winners of university Olympiads. Andrey Nikolaevich personally congratulated the students, noting their high level of preparation, determination, and passion for knowledge.

Each faculty presented its program: guests learned about the program's training areas, modern laboratories, internships, and international projects. Particular attention was paid to in-demand specialties and new educational programs.

The presentation of the military department generated great interest. Representatives discussed the benefits of studying, admission requirements, and prospects for future reserve officers.

The program dedicated to student government and community activities was equally rich. Activists from the student council, student trade union, and BRSM (BelTA) shared their experiences organizing events, volunteer projects, and sports competitions. Guests learned how to realize their talents, make friends, and develop leadership skills.

Representatives of organizations that employ staff were also present at the Open Day. They discussed the requirements for young specialists, internship opportunities, and employment. For many applicants, this was an excellent opportunity to meet future employers and ask questions about their career prospects.

To make the day even more memorable, quizzes and interactive areas were organized for applicants. Participants had the opportunity to test their knowledge, win souvenirs with university logos, and even try their hand at solving creative and technical problems.
